We will be offering two opportunities to do final registration:

1.) Friday 4-8pm

2.) Saturday 6:30am - 12pm

Important Notes:

For teams who have already sent in their stamped and tournament rosters, you will only need to bring your player passes for this final registration.
Teams who have not sent this in ahead of time will need to bring both rosters!

Teams will NOT be allowed to play games until their final registration is completed!

Team Registration Materials

Barrington Classic requires the following material to be sent in prior to August 27!
Download forms on left side of this page.
 

1.)  State Roster (provided through league)
2.)  Tournament Roster
3.)  Guest Player Forms (if necessary, up to 3 per team)
4.)  Travel Permit (only for teams outside Illinois)
5.)  Form NT (only for teams who play in NISL)

**All teams must have a copy of each players medical waiver with them at each game.  This form will only be collected in case of a serious injury.

All forms except State Roster are available on the Tournament Website under the Team Registration link.

August 14 - Team Acceptances Posted & Emailed

        Email will include information for team managers regarding paperwork that must be submitted before the tournament begins.

August 26  -  Preliminary Schedules Posted

August 27 - All team forms must be received in the office

        A spreadsheet posted on this site will be updated as we receive paperwork so all teams can ensure all necessary forms were received.

September 5 - First day of games

        All teams must check in with their player passes at main tent of the facility where they have their first game.
